<font face="arial, sans-serif"><br></font></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><font face="arial, sans-serif">This is a stable release that adds </font>significant enhancements to the BG/Q device, especially for RMA and shared memory functionality. It also contains enhancements to ROMIO and fixes several bugs present in 3.1.1. </div>
