<div dir="ltr"><div>Hello,<br></div>         For MPI specific profiling you can make use of JumpShot which comes with MPICH2, and for MPI + CUDA, I find TAU(Tuning and Analysis Utilities) <a href="http://www.nic.uoregon.edu/tau-wiki/Guide:TAUGPU">http://www.nic.uoregon.edu/tau-wiki/Guide:TAUGPU</a>, quite effective open source solution.<br>
