[mpich-announce] MPICH-5.0.0rc3 released

We announce the availability of MPICH version 5.0.0rc3. Compared to the 5.0.0rc2 release, this release contains a fix for potential build issues with older ROCm versions. The release tarball is available in the MPICH download area. We encourage users to test this release and report any issues.
