commit 4824c7620ed2da59c1bbb9411b414725462972d0
Author: Wesley Bland <wbland at mcs.anl.gov>
Date: Tue Aug 6 13:24:03 2013 -0500

Remove the ft tests from the default test suite.

These tests should not be distributed with the test suite when grabbing a
release. They are still enabled for developer builds.
