[mpich-devel] Unable to determine the size of MPI_BSEND_OVERHEAD

I needed to run autogen.sh because the configure stuff changed since
my last update.

In theory, configure could verify that it's file create is newer than
the last git commit, but perhaps I should just accept responsibility
for doing only self-consistent builds.
