[mpich-devel] visual studio finally supports all c99 ?

I think Jed said on G+ that they don't have full C99 yet, but given that MPICH hasn't supported Windows in a long time, I do not see why MSVC is remotely relevant to MPICH decisions. And one can use Intel compilers on Windows if one wants a serious C compiler there.
