[mpich-discuss] srun env passing

I hadn't realized that using the with slurm option was preventing the build of  mpiexec. I did as you suggested and it works as before.

Many thanks for the help. (I also compiled mpich-3.0.2 and it seems to be working fine).

Everything is auto-detected for slurm.  You don't have to set anything.
