[mpich-discuss] update online docs for MPI-3?

For example, http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpi/www/www3/MPI_Group_incl.html
reflects the MPI-2 syntax, rather than that of MPI-3.

Can the online docs be refreshed for MPI-3?  I really like to have the
most accurate info at hand via Google.
