[mpich-discuss] problem with MPI_SCATTERV

The second scounts in your code is suspicious.
According to
http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpi/www/www3/MPI_Scatterv.html,
 sendcnts and recvcnt are of different types.
