[mpich-discuss] Memory leak comparing communicators

I'm not quite sure, not for the bulk of the work, but maybe in its parallel libraries (e.g. scalapack). 

>From the trace, at least 'if (comm_ptr1->comm_kind == MPID_INTRACOMM) ' seems true.

It does use cartesian communicators in these compares, but this didn't trigger it in the testcase.
