[mpich-discuss] mpirun not running in batch mode.

This message appeared when redirecting stderr

./rams60: error while loading shared libraries: libhdf5.so.8: cannot 
open shared object file: No such file or directory

hdf5 is used by the model, installed in the master node and exported to 
the rest of nodes in the cluster.

I've added

export 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/mpich2-1.0.5p4/lib:/usr/local/hdf5/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

to the script and now it seems to be properly running from crontab. I 
have scheduled another job for a later time and then will check but I 
think this was the cause of the script not running.
