[mpich-discuss] Problems in MPICH 3.1.3 installation in OSX 10.10 with ifort compiler and Xcode 6.1

I don't have Intel compilers for Mac OSX.  But I succeeded in building
mpich 3.1.3 with Yosemite + Xcode 6.1 + gcc/gfortran 4.9.
