[mpich-discuss] installation failed

Hi Seo,
autogen finds the autotools but it simply doesn't detech I have the right
version.
For example, if I change the name of autoconf-2.69 to autoconf, it returns
"autotools not in same location". That means it can find the path, but I
don't know why it doesn't detech my version correctly.
Also, I cannot actually edit autogen as I am on cygwin so I cannot change
the sh file with word (it adds extra lines).
