[mpich-discuss] error was seen in the selection of process managers

I'm trying to cross compile mpich for arm arch. devices and statically link
everything . And I'm not sure if the default configuration options will be
supported by the platform that's why I'm using --with-device=ch3:sock and
smpd to run stand-alone daemons on each node .
