[mpich-discuss] uninstall mpich

I think "make uninstall" is the correct command. I tested on my laptop, it
will delete libmpich.a and libmpichcxx.a. In your case, is it because other
issues that cause the uninstall command to fail, e.g. file permissions? You
may need to manually remove them, then.
