[mpich-discuss] problem after compilation

In order to use MPICH, you need to ensure that PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
are consistent and point to the same installation location. If you used 
the OpenFOAM install instructions here: 
http://www.openfoam.org/download/source.php - you likely have conflicts 
with their MPI recommendation.
