[mpich-discuss] Per Thread CS

--enable-thread-cs=per-object is only experimental (currently not 
functional) and users are not supposed to use it.

If you have access to a Blue Gene system, you can try MPICH 3.1 with 
per-object locking, which, as far as I remember, is functional.
