[mpich-discuss] Missing instructions

Hi will,

I was confused about this for a while when I was bootstraping the mpich.
hwloc is a git submodule inside mpich, you need to separately git clone it
into your local client, I remember there are several other submodule as
well like src/izem which needs to be treated the same.
