Hi,
 If you are using MPICH2 you cannot use the Open MPI compiler wrapper to build your code.
 If you are using OpenMPI you should contact the OpenMPI developers.

I have run a hello_mpi on my pc once but since then i get 

The Open MPI wrapper compiler was unable to find the specified compiler 
cl.exe in your PATH. 

Note that this compiler was either specified at configure time or in 
one of several possible environment variables.
