[mpich-discuss] Make fails

Hi Huiwei,
Please can you let me know when you have corrected the alias fails in a
stable version of MPI so I can use that instead of the one in the git
repository?  Thanks.
The master file in the repository is too problematic as autogen doesn't
want to behave on Cygwin but the stable release should not need autogen so
when you have corrected the alias let me know.
