[mpich-discuss] MPICH2 installation for windows

We do not support MPICH on Windows any longer. We recommend you try 
MS-MPI, which is freely available: 
(https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/bb524831(v=vs.85).aspx).
