[mpich-discuss] Announcing the availability of mpich-3.2.1

The MPICH team is pleased to announce the availability of a new stable 
release (mpich-3.2.1). This is the second stable release in the 3.2 
series. It contains several bug fixes and enhancements over the previous 
release.

All production environments are encouraged to upgrade to this release.
