[mpich-discuss] missing static libraries in 3.2.1

Upon a closer look, I see that libmpl.so and libopa.so installed in 
3.2.1 are actually symlinks to libmpi.so. We set it up this way for 
compatibility with dynamically linked binaries from previous versions.
